Managing Director
Bert Lumetta
has been ministering God's Word to people for over 20 years and holds a Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling. Bert has a heart to show others the love, encouragement, and comfort that can be found in Christ. He has been married to his wife, Laura, for 26 years. They are the proud parents of 10 children, 1 son-in-law, and one amazing grandson! Bert joined Shepherd's Heart in 2017

Mark Bonham
founded Shepherd’s Heart as a compilation of three and a half decades of experience in working with people to address issues that impact the soul. It is Biblically rooted and Christ centered. Mark has traveled all over the U.S. and to half a dozen countries as a teacher and trainer to develop the church's biggest resource - her people.
Counselor
Danielle Davis
Danielle loves God’s Word and working with His people through the hard things of life. She holds a certification through both the International Association of Biblical Counselors (IABC) and the Fellowship of Biblical Counselors (FBC). She is also working on her Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling. Danielle has been married to her husband, John, for 22 years and they have four pretty great children.

Carlos and Chelita serve in Argentina. They host marriage ministry training, giving conferences and retreats, counsel couples, and serve in their church.

Wally and Karen serve in marriage ministry in Arizona. They have trained, counseled, and led many Loving Well marriage groups in Latin America.
